7-Step Prep: Make a Weekly Plan for YOU!

1. Start with a goal. What do you want to accomplish this week? This will help you determine what to focus on.

2. Set a timer for five minutes and start writing down everything that comes to mind. This will help you capture all the important thoughts and ideas that come to mind throughout the week.

3. Draw up a timeline. What are the specific steps you need to take to achieve your goal? Add specific deadlines if necessary.

4. Make a plan of action. What specific tasks do you need to complete in order to reach your timeline?

5. Take action. Start working on the tasks listed in your plan of action and don’t forget to check your email, social media, and other notifications during your timer session to ensure you don’t miss anything important.

6. Reassess and Revise. Once you’ve completed your tasks, take a quick break and evaluate your progress. If necessary, adjust your plan of action and deadlines.
