A Strategy for Summarizing Chapters as a Habit of Mind

This will help you get a better understanding of what was talked about and will help you to stay on track. There are four main types of habits:

1. Pre-made habits

These are habits you have already formed and that you have automatic tendencies to do. For example, brushing your teeth or going to the office.

2. Learned habits

These are habits you have learned through experience or from someone else.

3. Unsatisfied habits

These are habits that you have yet to establish a habit of.

4. New habits

These are habits that are just starting out and that you may not be sure how to set up
