The Muscogee County School District has announced a significant expansion of its Early College program, which allows high school students to earn college credits while completing their high school diploma. Under the expanded program, students will have the option to earn up to 60 college credits – equivalent to an associate’s degree – by the time they graduate high school. The district is also introducing new career-focused pathways within the Early College program, aligning with local workforce needs in areas such as healthcare, technology, and advanced manufacturing.
