Gratitude Activities for Kids

There is no need to spend hours excessively counting blessings or grateful moments when gratitude can be had in short bursts. Here are a few gratitude activities for kids that can help them develop a more positive outlook on life.

  1. Make a list of things you are grateful for.
  2. Reprint or post a list of things you are grateful for on social media or in your journal.
  3. Add one or two gratitude statements to your morning routine.
  4. Make a list of things you are grateful for before bed.
  5. Tell your child or sibling about one or two things you are grateful for each day.
