Description
Examination of cultural influences influence in creating and implementing education. We will identify the theories and issues relating to social organization and culture and how they apply to the education of children who are minoritized and ethnolinguistic. The group will explore learning and teaching processes within bilingual and multicultural classroom settings from a cultural perspective. We will reflect on creating cultural environments for learning and the role of the teacher within them. We will appraise research processes to examine and assess classroom interaction and consider technology and how minoritized students can use it to explore their knowledge.
