This group examines college student development theories and how they apply to higher education. We will discuss several subjects, including individual development paradigms, diverse learning styles, intellectual and ethical developmental theory, and theories relating to cultural identity. We will use various research models to critique these theories and consider ethical concerns when putting these theories into practice.
