Description
This group will give a broad overview of social research methodology and major evaluation models useful when designing evaluations of institutions, services, policies, and products, such as curricula for educational settings. The group’s aim is for counselors, graduate students, administrations working in education, and researchers, who will be entering a professional role where one of their primary responsibilities will be to review and assess the results of evaluations for decision-making in various areas. A key focus of the group is that members will develop their ability to critique evaluation research.
