This group will examine theories and research concerning bullying, revenge, and the behavior of bystanders while focusing in particular on cultural norms. The group will explore the emotional, ethical, institutional, and social structures and procedures that support oppressive relationships, vengeance, and inclusive alternatives. The group will observe interventions and critique them.
