This group is suitable for all experience levels, so no prior knowledge is required. We will explore factors that impact and shape the planning and implementation of a new program for gifted students, the individual components of these programs, and a systems approach to planning the program. Educators will develop separate written program plans for different settings. Finally, we will look at the role disability status, class, gender, and race can play when setting up a gifted program.
