This group aims to empower leaders of all kinds to support the growth of adults within their organization. By supporting adults’ development, we enhance each adult’s internal capacity, allowing them to cope better with the complex issues of learning, teaching, leading, and living, particularly significant given the constantly adapting challenges we face today. The group will investigate and discuss an enhanced concept of leadership, which also includes adult development.
