Educators will explore where science, society, and policy intersect and the potential implications of these on standard science curriculums at the K12 level. We will also consider multicultural teaching practices to challenge the more commonly used methods where multiculturalism is often taught as a separate component of the science curriculum rather than integrated into the whole.
