This group will investigate the theories and research relevant to learning a second language. The group will discuss classroom teaching processes based on national standards that include presentational, interpretive, and interpersonal modes to promote successful communication in another language. We will also consider selecting appropriate media visual aids and other materials for use in the classroom.
