Northern New Mexico College, frequently referred to simply as “Northern,” is a public four-year university situated in Espanola, New Mexico. Northern students can select from 13 bachelor’s programs and over 50 associate and certificate degrees. The institution emphasizes student engagement, an effort that is backed by a 12 to 1 student/faculty ratio, small classes, and extensive opportunities for hands-on experiences through undergraduate research, internships, and community involvement.
