The University of Maryland School of Nursing (UMSON) has once again been recognized for its commitment to diversity and inclusion, receiving the Health Professions Higher Education Excellence in Diversity Award for the seventh consecutive year. This prestigious award, presented by the American Association of Colleges of Nursing (AACN), highlights UMSON’s dedication to fostering a welcoming and inclusive environment for students from diverse backgrounds.
