What is Cross-curricular Activity?

Cross-curricular activities are those that are designed to be used across the school curriculum, not just in one subject area. They can be designed to complement instruction in one subject area, or to help students learn more about different aspects of the curriculum.

For example, a cross-curricular activity might focus on global issues, and involve students in discussions and activities about the economy, the environment, and politics. Another example might be a project that students work on together in both math and science classes. This project could focus on a scientific topic, such as energy, or on a mathematical topic, such as geometry.

There are many different types of cross-curricular activities, and they can be used in many different ways. They can be a great way to engage students in the curriculum, and help them learn more about the subjects they are studying.
