What can leaders do in a good school to turn it into an excellent school? The group aims to provide individuals and educators with the knowledge and skillset required to align a school’s workings to achieve challenging goals. We will study how governance, mission, vision, teamwork, organizational behavior, and social intelligence combine to contribute to and achieve the desired result of effective leadership. We will consider the barriers to making changes in a school and discuss possible strategies to overcome them. Finally, we will examine ways to develop a culture of continuous improvement in a school setting.
