Description

Participants will develop skills to enhance their well-being and that of their students in college. These skills can be utilized for life. The emphasis will be on overcoming common problems experienced in life. The skills taught will include interpersonal effectiveness, mindfulness, regulating emotions, and distress tolerance to provide tools to deal with a life crisis.
