Seton Hall University Celebrates the Investiture of Monsignor Joseph R. Reilly as its Twenty-Second President

South Orange, NJ – Seton Hall University today celebrated the investiture of Monsignor Joseph R. Reilly as its 22nd president. The ceremony, held in the iconic Walsh Gymnasium, saw a sea of faculty, staff, students, alumni, and dignitaries gathered to witness this momentous occasion.

Monsignor Reilly, a distinguished scholar and administrator, assumed his role as president in July 2023, succeeding the long-serving Dr. A. Gabriel Esteban. In his address, Monsignor Reilly articulated his vision for the university, emphasizing the importance of academic excellence, faith-based education, and service to the community.
